Licensed Esthetician, Certified Assistant Laser Practitioner
Kim has been working with Dr. Minton since 2015 as a Medical Aesthetician and Patient Care Coordinator. With more than ten years of esthetics experience, she continues to stay up to date with seminars, workshops, and new training on a regular basis. She is proud to offer the best services possible, including relaxing facials, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other exciting ways to age gracefully.
Kim is willing to answer any questions regarding procedures and share experiences about her favorite treatments – she wholeheartedly believes in empowering others to feel great about themselves.
Vanessa DeLisle
Nurse Injector, Senior Laser Practitioner
Vanessa is a Registered Nurse and an expert injector at Savannah Facial Plastic Surgery. She attended the University of South Florida and graduated with her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and began working as a Postpartum and Labor & Delivery Nurse before starting her aesthetics journey. As an accomplished nurse injector, Vanessa has helped her patients achieve all of their aesthetic goals with amazing results! She is also highly skilled in laser treatments as a Senior Laser Practitioner. When combining laser with her injectable experience, she can provide a holistic treatment plan for her patients. Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs!
Jason Cook
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
Jason is a seasoned Licensed Practical Nurse with 12 years of experience, dedicated to providing exceptional care at Savannah Facial Plastic Surgery. A proud United States Navy veteran, Jason brings discipline and compassion to his role, ensuring patients feel comfortable and at ease under his care. Known for his sense of humor, he brightens the atmosphere with his wit and charm. Outside of work, Jason enjoys trivia nights with friends, cheering on his favorite college basketball and football teams, and spending time on the water, particularly boating with friends.
Sharon Durrence
CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST
Sharon is a dedicated certified surgical technologist with almost 3 decades of experience in the operating room. Her passion for precision and patient care led her to pursue a career in healthcare. Sharon is skilled in assisting Dr Minton during procedures, maintaining sterile environments, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations. She thrives in high pressure situations and is known for her attention to detail and ability to anticipate surgeons' needs. Sharon enjoys the beach, grilling out with her family and spending time with her 3 miniature schnauzers.
Frances Abrams
SURGICAL COORDINATOR
Frances is a skilled surgical coordinator with a knack for orchestrating seamless procedures and fostering clear communication among medical teams. Amidst her professional endeavors, she cherishes her role as a mother to two lively boys, finding fulfillment in guiding their growth and sharing precious family moments. A voracious reader, Frances embraces the world of literature as a source of both relaxation and intellectual stimulation. Megh Porterfield
MARKETING SPECIALIST
Megh is an innovative Social Media Manager and Marketing Specialist at Savannah Facial Plastic Surgery, where she leverages her background in television news, journalism, and advertising to elevate the practice’s online presence and engagement. With an eye for compelling storytelling, Megh crafts and executes marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Originally from Jacksonville, Megh is a proud graduate of many of her peer’s rival school, the University of Florida. Outside of the office, she is an avid traveler and cherishes spending time with her dog, Pluto.

Jackie brings a wealth of experience in the medical field to her role as Front Office Manager at Savannah Facial Plastic Surgery. Her expertise in administrative management, coupled with her genuine desire to help others feel their best, makes her an invaluable asset to the team. Diane brings over 25 years of invaluable experience in the ENT field to her role as the Aesthetic Coordinator at Savannah Facial Plastic Surgery. With her expertise in cosmetics and a keen eye for detail, she ensures each patient receives personalized care and achieves their aesthetic goals. Beyond her professional achievements, Diane is a devoted wife of nearly 44 years, a proud mother of three sons, and a loving grandmother to six grandchildren. Her dedication to her family and her craft makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
Jessica Barahona
LICENSED AESTHETICIAN, CERTIFIED ASSISTANT LASER PRACTITIONER
Jessica is a Licensed Aesthetician as well as a Licensed Assistant Cosmetic Laser Practitioner. She has worked in the medical field for over 15 years and enjoys learning as much as possible and passing that information on to her clients on a variety of topics such as skin health, treatment options, holistic approaches and skin care ingredients. Jessica is also bilingual (English-Spanish) and can serve a wide variety of clientele. She welcomes you to her treatment room!
Erin Smith
LICENSED AESTHETICIAN
Erin is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and has been privileged to work for Dr. Minton for over 3 years. As a career change led her from vascular sonography to medical aesthetics, she has over 2 decades (24 years) as a medical professional/provider, where her passion lies with helping patients and ensuring they have the best quality care with their health even if it’s through the science of the skin. She provides excellent services such as facials, diamond glow facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, and skin care education/guidance.

Meet Tiffany, the friendly face you'll encounter as soon as you step into Savannah Facial Plastic Surgery. As a dedicated front desk receptionist, she ensures every patient feels welcomed and attended to with care. When she's not helping patients, you can find her exploring the great outdoors or trying out the latest culinary delights at Savannah's finest restaurants. She's also a proud dog parent, cherishing every moment spent with her furry companion.
